Put your QR codes on your own domain

Someone on your team uses HueQR for their QR codes and needs one DNS record added. Watch how it works, then follow the three steps.

1. STEP 1

   Find the record

   The person who asked you to do this sent the exact record: a type, a name and a value. It is also on the Custom domains tab in HueQR.

2. STEP 2

   Add it where DNS lives

   Open DNS settings wherever the domain is managed, like Cloudflare, GoDaddy or Namecheap, and add the record exactly as sent. A subdomain only needs a CNAME, so the main website and email are untouched.

3. STEP 3

   That's it

   HueQR checks the record and issues the HTTPS certificate on its own. Most changes show up within an hour.
